I’m a Chief Technology Officer and engineering leader with over 25 years building and operating regulated software platforms. I’m passionate about how well-designed technology and digital services solve real-world problems—from healthcare and energy access to financial infrastructure—and the human and technical practices that make that possible at scale.

Right now: I’m leading product engineering at Tokenovate in Cambridge and London, UK, delivering post-trade automation and settlement for Repo/SFT and Derivatives using the FINOS CDM, with integrations into traditional custodian rails and multiple blockchain networks. That includes working with digital assets and the tokenisation of real-world assets as part of post-trade collateral and settlement workflows.

At Cambridge Consultants, I founded and led the Internet and Service Software capability, delivering innovative cloud-based digital services for healthcare, energy, satellite telecoms and IoT. I’ve also delivered platforms serving the NHS, Tier-1 insurers and fintech customers across multiple continents.
